Old House

We inspected a five-hundred-and-thirty-five-thousand-dollar house in a suburb near Rui's office. I had to wait for the 111 bus for ages in the rain in Winter (!!!) after work just to get to the bus stop near him.

The two-storey property has undergone renovations and has five good-sized bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms (one with a spa bath tub and huge/long mirrors on the wall, the other has two showers on the left and right!), a swimming pool, a theater room and hidden laundry area... but it's 3 decades old. -__-'' It creaks when you open the window and you can even see ... bad! Sigh, I like it but it's not really worth the price.

*Sigh*

Display Homes

Drove down south to look at more houses...

We know that they have his and hers sinks and wardrobes, but this?
First time seeing two shower heads in one bathroom.

Open plan bathroom/toilet in the master bedroom is so common now...
... what if your neighbours see you?
... what if you forgot to lock the door
and your parent(s)/brother/sister/kids ACCIDENTALLY came in?
:P

Most loved!

Tiring day... once again. If I were to have AUD850,000... then this will be mine. The highest price for a display home was AUD1.05million. Mummy asked me over the phone just now, "Do you still try your luck with lottery tickets?" ... YES, OF COURSE. Hahaha!

This Week

I just got off the phone with Chuang not long ago, discussing about where to go and what to do in Melbourne. Just knew that Na has already bought the dress!!! And both of us were like 'I don't have any dresses to wear!!!'

Spent half a day house hunting *again*!!! Saw better homes. OMG, there was one two-story house which had this huge master bedroom and a huge door-less bathroom, with a huge personal living room just beside it. Downstairs, there was this mini swimming pool and a pretty hut, great for playing mahjong outdoors. Haha.

The huge as master bedroom with everything attached to it on the 2nd floor.

Dreaming that one day it will be mine.
Wishful thinking...

Baked vanilla cupcakes the other day.

Love the chocolate duds because they look like buttons.

Came back after work on Tuesday to find that all of the taps and the shower head had been changed. The bad thing was that Rui found his towel on the floor -_-'' hmmmmm

Addiction
I just received ten false eyelashes in the mail from the buyer on eBay. Rui keeps asking me how many pair of eyes do I have to wear all these :P Each of them are for different occasions but boys just don't get it. Really like the ones Zi got me!

Lunch

Tomorrow's Lunch

Went to Fitzgibbon with Charlene and Benson to look at the area and house + land package deals. They are all taken. Poof. TAKEN. I think I'm still putting my bet on South Brisbane. Hmmmmmmm.

All In One

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RILEY!

Jake and Riley with Uncle Rui
You are ONE today!!!
It feels as if you were born yesterday
Mai Jas and Uncle Rui will always love you :)

We spent half of today visiting display homes in Parkwood(Heathwood), about 33km from the city. The houses are to die for. A few pictures of the last house we saw.

I like the Al fresco dining area and the double sinks in the master bedroom's toilet.

Here's the most important 'room' in the whole house...

... the walk-in wardrobe.

Let's dream together.
